These terms govern your use of Five Neighbors ("the app"), a game developed and published by Bigpac7 ("we," "us"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the app or its content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your progress and statistics are stored only on your device. We do not run accounts or cloud saves, so we cannot recover lost save data. Uninstalling the app deletes it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app may offer an optional, experimental AI dialogue feature that runs entirely on your device. AI-generated lines can be unexpected or imperfect. They are fiction within the game and do not represent our views. The game is fully playable with the feature turned off.
Five Neighbors is a work of fiction. Its characters, rumors, and events are invented, and any resemblance to real people or places is coincidental.
Please don't use the app to break the law, don't interfere with Google Play's purchase or licensing systems, and don't distribute modified versions of the app.
The app, including its code, writing, characters, art, and our trademarks, is owned by Bigpac7 or its licensors and protected by law. Third-party assets are used under their respective licenses. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will work on every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bigpac7 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
We may update, change, or stop offering the app at any time. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may revise these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
